Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The order still includes all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.
- Only normal usage of the product is evident, and any damage due to negligent handling is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is important have been carefully cleaned before the start of the return process.
- The product is defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping fees.
- A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without fault on our part.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process.
- Send an email to: info@senova-elegance.com
- Make sure the email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First and last name of the customer
- Customer address
We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never return the item to the sender; we will send you the correct address after receiving your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping fees.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision, provided they are a natural person concluding a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily unrelated to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Senova Elegance) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., via email). The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Note on Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already en route to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods before returning them. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the return is processed as quickly as possible, please send us shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (with the exception of additional fees due to the selection of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal from the contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
